  • Personally managed litigation on some of the most complex cases and granted or facilitated authority on high value cases.

  • Reviewed and assisted attorneys, provided authority on thousands of cases and personally attended hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences.

  • ​Staff Attorney handling high value cases in litigation.

  • Litigated personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance coverage cases.

  • The practice was almost exclusively devoted to defense, but always had a handful of cases representing injured people and their families in Ingham and the surrounding counties.

  • Privileged to try cases with a good number of very good attorneys representing the Plaintiffs bar including a former president of the Michigan Association of Justice and a President of the State Bar of Michigan.
